Because this is my how to story of how to lose 30 pounds in almost no time. I’ll share the ups, the downs, what didn’t help and finally the one thing that did help me achieve my personal goal of losing 30 pounds in 2 months

Balancing a busy life between work and family, I didn’t really see my weight gain until I decided to try on some clothes I wore before I got married. After looking in the mirror, I knew I had a problem.

Fighting my tears back I was fired up to get into better shape. So like anyone, I started researching various how to lose body fat diets, programs and exercises (pretty much anything I could find).

First attempts were unsuccessful

I first looked at popular diets. Sadly, they were too overwhelming for me to stick with. One of these diets happened to be so extreme, that you couldn’t even have an apple! Besides these unrealistic food restrictions, I was always feeling hungry and to top it off, had little energy during the day.

So my next plan was to look at joining my local gym. That plan was even worse! With my busy life of holding down a job and raising my children, there was no way I could find extra time. So going to the gym was out for me.

Right about this time I became quite frustrated; so in a desperate attempt to lose fat fast, I decided to buy a popular exercise machine I saw on an infomercial. It sounded like a great idea at the time; I could workout anytime I wanted, all in the comfort of my home. Boy was I wrong! While buying the machine gave me some strange sense of accomplishment (if that makes any sense), after using the machine for a few days and following their weight loss tips, I realized how silly I was in getting caught up in the sales pitch.

Finally found something that works!

So at this point in my goal to try to lose 30 pounds in 2 months, because I had tried a bunch of programs all designed to lose weight fast, I knew how to eliminate strategies that were pretty much what I tried in the past. Not to long after, my research paid off. I stumbled upon a program that I credit to helping me lose weight quickly and more importantly help me back into my pre-baby clothes! It’s a program called “Fat Loss 4 Idiots”. The name sounds corny but who could argue with my results: I was able to lose 30 pounds in just under 2 months!

lose 30 pounds in 2 monthsAfter using their program, I was really surprised how well I was able to lose fat from midsection (not to mention trim fat from the rest of my body). One thing, however, I didn’t like about the program is that while it did help me lose quite a lot of weight in a short period of time, the diet can be a little bit bland. So you might not want to continue the plan forever.

However, for shorter term weight loss goals, the diet works quite well. As a longer term solution, you could start with Fat Loss 4 Idiots to jump-start your fat loss, and then slowly educate yourself about better overall eating habits.

How To Lose Body Fat – Golden Tips

Hey again everybody. In this post, I thought I would take some time to pass on some great tips that helped me lose 30 pounds in 2 months. So for all of you that have already discovered a weight loss program or method that allows you to lose fat fast, the one thing these programs will likely lack is the single most important factor (probably stopping you from reaching your weight loss goal). It’s very simple: motivation. In my own experience, the biggest secret is being able to stay motivated even when the weight loss has not started to show or is very slow.

It might be obvious to many of you (it certainly was for me) but I believe that I was able to lose 30 pounds in 2 months because of my burning desire to shed those ugly pounds and reshape my body into what I wanted to really look like. So, to give you a head start in the right direction here are some of my golden tips to help you get and stay motivated:

1. Start off your day by taking some time each day visualizing exactly how you wish your body to look. I know this might sound hard and even silly at first, but just take my word for it and give it a try. I mean really see yourself with the sexy toned body you truly want. If you want to achieve a goal like lose 30 pounds in 2 months, you really need to try this out.

2. Set out very small goals for your weight loss journey. It’s easy to say “I want to lose 30 pounds” but the reality of that goal requires you to break it down into small steps, because you realistically cannot lose 30 pounds overnight. Try and make your goals as small as possible (each goal should be so small that you should be able to achieve it effortlessly). This doesn’t mean setting up fat loss goals, as you cannot easily predict actual fat loss from week to week. Rather, the goal might be to take part in some additional exercise or incorporating in one more healthy food choice. The bottom line is to make sure that whatever your goal is, you already know in your mind you can easily do it. It’s simple but quite empowering. Losing weight is a process that is certainly not achieved overnight. But, setting small goals breaks down a seemingly difficult task and makes it easier to stick with and stay focused.

3. Finally, it’s all about being happy. If you are unhappy with yourself,  find something, anything, that gives even a small amount of happiness. Listening to your favorite song, talking with a friend, watching a movie, etc. Losing 30, 40, 50+ pounds can be depressing and miserable, but it doesn’t have to be. I began a journey to a lose a ton of weight by first setting a goal to lose 30 pounds in 2 months. Now to achieve this seemingly impossible goal, I found many solutions promising ways to lose fat fast or claiming to show you how to lose 30 pounds or just how to lose body fat However, what I discovered is that very few of these systems work very well.

With my goal to lose 30 pounds in 2 months in mind, I began to thoroughly research a wide range of solutions including: diet pills and weight loss programs claiming to show how can I lose 30 pounds as well as various other exercise/diet related systems. One program may recommend to forget consuming certain foods,  while another system provides plans for what you should eat altogether. After some painful testing to find out how to lose 30 pounds, I was shocked to learn that there is a lot of misinformation about ways to lose weight (and keep it off).

Like most people, I once believed that if I just modified my dietary habits to incorporate more healthy choices I should start seeing some weight loss (maybe lose 5-10 pounds or something like that). However, after reviewing a wide variety of weight loss programs and then comparing them to a weight loss approach which worked for me, I was really surprised at just how different it was and is from what most programs talk about.
